Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”), govern your access and use of the services, including our website (orbitsearch.com) (the "site") and the mobile applications made available by Orbit Intelligence, Inc., including any other products, features, apps, services, technologies, and software we offer (collectively, the “Services”), except where we expressly state that separate terms (and not these) apply. The Services are owned and operated by Orbit Intelligence, Inc. (“Orbit Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

THESE TERMS AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AND INCLUDE AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE, A JURY TRIAL WAIVER AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

By using the Services or accepting these Terms, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or change the Terms at any time. In certain circumstances, we may notify you of a change to the Terms via email or other means; however, you are responsible for regularly checking for notice of any changes. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any change, and you will be legally bound by the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change to these Terms or the Agreement, you should stop using the Services immediately.

About the services

The Services provide platforms for its users (“Users”) to connect in engaging ways. Among the Services:

• Orbit is a platform that helps Users discover and connect with people by enabling Users to search for individuals, view profiles and publicly available information, and share links or results with friends through participating social platforms.

Your account

Account. You must register for an account (“Account”) on each of the Services that you wish to use. When registering for an Account, you agree that all information you provide to us will be accurate, truthful, current and complete. Only one Account per Service is permitted per User.

To create an Account on any of the Services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are at least 13 years of age, and, if you are under 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you have the prior consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Services;
• You do not have more than one Account on any Service; and
• You have not previously been removed from a Service by us, unless you have our express written permission to create a new Account.
